These Terms and Conditions govern all agency client engagements, development sprints, software licensing, and digital marketing contracts entered into with Wandercall.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Wandercall website, booking a strategy consultation, approving a statement of work (SOW), or engaging our engineering team for web development, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, or growth marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are acting on behalf of an enterprise or entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Wandercall delivers specialized technology solutions across four core pillars:

Conversion-focused ad creative production, CAPI attribution tracking, and data-backed ad scaling.
3. Pricing, Estimates & Milestone Billing
- Upfront Fixed Milestones: All engineering projects are initiated with a clear, itemized proposal detailing deliverables, timeline stages, and fixed milestone pricing.
- Deposit & Phase Releases: Projects typically require an initial project kickoff deposit, with subsequent payments released upon mutual client sign-off of staging milestones.
- Zero Hidden Fees: We do not charge unexpected surcharges. Any out-of-scope feature requests are quoted transparently via change orders prior to implementation.

We believe in total client ownership:
Standard open-source libraries (e.g. Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion) remain subject to their respective MIT/Apache licenses.
6. Warranties & 30-Day Bug Guarantee
Wandercall warrants that all custom code delivered will perform substantially in accordance with the agreed specifications.
We provide a complimentary 30-day warranty window following production deployment to fix any software defects or regressions within scope at zero cost.
7. Third-Party APIs, Platforms & Hosting
While Wandercall integrates robust error-handling, we are not liable for service interruptions, rate limits, breaking API changes, or policy adjustments caused by external third-party providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, Vercel, AWS, or Apple App Store review decisions).
